Doscher brings nearly 30 years of technology management experience to LucidWorks, including a focus on open source and search technologies at Exalead S.A. and Jaspersoft Corporation. Doscher will lead LucidWorks to its next phase of growth, as the world’s leading commercial open source platform that accelerates and simplifies the development of highly accurate, scalable and cost-effective search applications. As the big data trend looms large, LucidWorks is uniquely positioned to help organizations quickly uncover trends hidden in unstructured data, and learn from that data in real time to fuel faster and more appropriate business decisions.
