Value Added Reseller

VARs are partners reselling Fusion licenses in contracts with their own customers. Licensing gives resellers opportunities for recurring revenue and can be combined with services or consulting. VARs bring marketing, sales, and implementation capabilities to the partnership. VAR relationships are a key part of Lucidworks’ strategy to bring the features of Fusion to customers of all verticals, sizes, and geographies. Customers benefit with access to Fusion’s capabilities along with a customized engagement from the VAR that is aligned with their unique business goals.

Implementation Partner

An Implementation Partner is a partner integrating Fusion’s scalable and powerful platform with a customer’s existing systems or services buy may not resell Fusion licenses. These typically include global system integrator firms that are already a company’s preferred technology vendor, or a specialty consultancy or agency looking to bring Fusion’s capabilities to their customers. This partnership type allows systems integrators to generate new service revenue in addition to being the trusted advisor and implementation partner of choice with the customer. Customers have access to Fusion capabilities deployed by their preferred technology partner to ensure a smooth integration with existing infrastructure.

OEM Partner

This creates joint marketing and co-selling opportunities that can benefit the Technology Partner and Lucidworks. Customers benefit from a broader ecosystem of products that enhance the value of their existing solutions or technology stack.
