We proudly announce that Lucidworks has successfully completed a System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II audit, performed by Sensiba LLP (Sensiba). What is SOC 2?

SOC 2 is an in-depth audit of how we protect customer data and ensure our systems are reliable. The Type II distinction focuses on the effectiveness of our controls over time, not just their design. Trust principles covered in Lucidworks’ audit include security, availability, and confidentiality.

Developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the SOC 2 information security audit provides a report on examining controls relevant to the trust services criteria categories covering security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. Lucidworks’ SOC 2 Type II report was issued with a “clean” audit from Sensiba.
