Lucidworks Earns SOC 2 Type II Compliance Attestation

We proudly announce that Lucidworks has successfully completed a System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II audit, performed by Sensiba LLP (Sensiba). This is a significant milestone for our organization and a testament to the incredible hard work, dedication, and commitment to security that each of our Lucidizens has demonstrated over the years.

What is SOC 2?

SOC 2 is an in-depth audit of how we protect customer data and ensure our systems are reliable. The Type II distinction focuses on the effectiveness of our controls over time, not just their design. Trust principles covered in Lucidworks’ audit include security, availability, and confidentiality.

Developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the SOC 2 information security audit provides a report on examining controls relevant to the trust services criteria categories covering security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. Lucidworks’ SOC 2 Type II report was issued with a “clean” audit from Sensiba.

What does this attestation mean for Lucidworks clients?
