Diane Honda

Diane Honda serves on Lucidworks’ board of directors. She is the Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Barracuda Networks. Diane oversees Barracuda’s worldwide human resource, legal, compliance, and risk management functions, including strategic and operational oversight. She played a pivotal role in Barracuda’s IPO, as well as its sale to Thoma Bravo, successfully developing and implementing legal and human resource infrastructures, organizational strategy, and processes. Diane has previously served as an Elected Trustee on the Las Lomitas Elementary School District Board and currently serves on the Board of Java Joy, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating transformative experiences for, and to providing educational and employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
